Sea Moss works best with a regular metabolism. To fully reap the benefits, sea moss is best consumed in conjunction with a healthy diet and lifestyle.
Capsules: 2 capsules in the morning and evening with food, or as directed. You may increase to 3-4 capsules in the morning after 2-4 weeks.
Powder: 1/4 tsp in the morning and in the evening with food, or as directed. You may increase to 1/2 tsp in the morning after 2-4 weeks.
You can blend with organic oat milk or organic milk of choice with banana or other fruit. If the taste is too strong you can mix a small amount with water and follow with an organic drink of choice.
